I started about a 6 weeks ago and was a complete ass**** to all the staff. They were patient with me, appreciated my attitude was due to me being so sick, frightened, in pain, furious I had to be there. On a typical dose day, I'm in and out within a few minutes, which is wonderful when considering I have to go daily.

CMS is a very helpful, needed place! The counselors and case managers are wonderful. The nurses and the clinic manager are fun and make it an enjoyable environment. The doctors and physicians assistants are great too. If you aren't truly committed to sobriety and following the rules, this is not the place for you. They definitely hold you accountable. It's a very structured program. They accept Medicaid and some insurance plans-which is amazing. I recommend this place 100%- it's definitely made a huge difference in my life. Thanks for all you do!

I attend this clinic and I do admit this place was a god send to me and my family. They accept Medicaid and other insurances. And if you are there for the right reason and not to abuse the services you will get through the process great. But if you are there for the wrong reason I wouldn't even try to attend because you won't get very far thru the recovery process. Friendly staff but if you aren't kind and respectful they will tell you how it is and won't let that fly.

Opiate addiction services in the Billings area. Now accepts medicaid, though no other insurance. No cash/checks, Credit/Debit or Money Order only. Good people doing good things.

The best counselor I've ever had works at CMS. He has literally saved my life. There is sort of a high turn around with management and nurses and front desk staff but it's been pretty steady the last year. Since there aren't many doctors in Billings that can prescribe this kind of medication, I highly recommend Community Medical Services- especially over Ideal Options. They don't take insurance so it's private pay but they've helped me quite a bit.

I highly suggest this place of ur trying to kick your addiction. The staff nurses,and counselors are so nice and helpful.they make the environment there very comfortable. If it wasn't for these guys I don't know what I would do. Very thankful and grateful!
